Swam 1.5 miles at Lake Mascuppic in Tyngsboro. Nice early morning swim. Water temperature estimated at 63-64 degrees. Water was very comfortable in a wetsuit.
Biked 45 minutes on trainer in afternoon to spin out legs. Beautiful day but didn't have time to ride outside.
