Biked 35 mins on trainer...basically a repeat of yesterday. Ask why I have returned to cycling with 35 minute workouts instead of a round number like 30 minutes....not sure...I feel like I am doing so much more than a half hour when I do 35 minutes....total mental thing. Here is my workout:
10 mins easy
20 mins steady with increased resistance (not crazy just enough to sweat)
5 min CD
10 mins easy
