Rode a solid 68 minutes on the expresso bike. Solid effort. The great thing about the expresso is that you can see improvement by beating past course records. During my workout today I beat 4 consecutive course records I set in February. I also remember when I set these records I was gasping for breathe and felt dead afterwards. This time I just rolled right through each course at a sustained 90% effort and blew the records away. Legs are much stronger in just one month.
