Rode 52 minutes on the Expresso bike. Today I did a sprint workout with multiple 1-2 mile repeats. I was able to beat all of my old course records on the shorter courses in succession with less effort. I was able to ride just a solid 95% and kept it up for the duration of each repeat. Bottom line is that I am a lot stronger than I was 4-6 weeks ago.
