I did the Rockbuster Duathlon in Ashland MA. I ended up doing the run portion of this off-road duathlon. My brother-in-law Mike did the bike portion. We both had a good effort and placed 2nd in a field of 2 in the relay and won medals. I do not feel bad about receiving a medal as our combined time would have been good for 11th overall. It was a tough but fun event. Short but tough hills really tested my overall strength.
