Swim Buoy for Triathlon Training
This video demonstrates how to use a swim buoy in open water. Training in open water is the only way to truly get comfortable with the swim portion of a triathlon. You will never be comfortable in the water if a race is the only time you get away from the pool. Many triathlon clubs have groups that swim together at lakes or rivers all summer.
