Ran 5.1 miles easy this morning in the pouring rain. Felt a little sluggish and the soaking rain did not help. Nice to only have to complete this short workout today though. Almost like a day off!! Another rainy day in New England! Happy I chose not to do the Mooseman Triathlon this weekend.
