Ran 5.75 miles on Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell then rode 23 miles from Hampton Beach to Wallis Sands Beach and back. Nice easy ride at the beach. Rode is flat and smooth so riding easy is 19-21 mph with minimal effort.
